I know there are many guru out there telling you to list out all the goals you want to achieve and manifest for them to come true. BUT! From my own very personal experience, I realize that normal people like us don’t have that extra time and energy to work on ALL our desired goals at the same time. What works for me is to just focus on ONLY ONE goal at a time on top of the chaotic life that I already have.
For example, working out weekly has always been one of the top goals I want to achieve. This April, I finally decided to purchase a gym membership and force myself to go there at least 3 times a week no matter how busy life got. Because working out is the only one new extra habit I need to build, so I barely have an excuse to say no to it! Now that it’s been over half an year of persistent working out, I have already make working out a habit rather than something I need to achieve.
With that being said, I can now tackle the next goal on the list! Narrow down the GOAL List really does make me achieve each goal faster!
Dress for the events!
Always dress for what you are doing. Wear formal clothes while working, wear fancy outfits while dining outside, wear pajama while sleeping. We do change our mentality and emotion when we are dressed differently. Following the dress code gives you confidence and magic power to do all things better!
